The estimated salary range for this role is $55,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

">

As the HR Generalist, you will provide top-notch customer service to branch locations and the HR team, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Key responsibilities include recruiting process management, onboarding coordination, new hire/termination documentation, and employee file maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through timely email, phone, or in-person responses.">
  • Support the Company's recruiting process within the applicant tracking system, ensuring job postings are updated and applicants complete the hiring process.">
  • Facilitate onboarding by coordinating pre-employment activities, offer letters, new hire orientation, and training.">
  • Track and handle new hire or termination documentation to ensure timely receipt of required documents.">
  • Prepare and maintain accurate employee files, including payroll change forms, disciplinary data, benefit information, and more.">
  • Update and track various programs (training, PPE, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate maintenance.">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • ">
  • A 2-4-year degree in business, HR, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.">
  • 2-3+ years of prior HR Generalist or Specialist experience in a multi-state, multi-unit organization.">
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with ability to provide individualized service.">
  • Experience supporting organizational managers with HR activities and initiatives.">
  • Strong organization, planning, and attention to detail skills.">
  • Certifications like PHR/SHRM-CP are helpful but not required.">
  • Solid computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products, as well as experience with HRIS and ATS systems.">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with all levels of the organization.">

Work Environment:

This role is based at our Corporate office, Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break. The work environment is primarily office-based, with moderate noise levels. Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions and proximity to material handling equipment may occur.

Physical Requirements:

The role requires regular sitting, talking, hearing, and using hands to perform tasks. Frequent filing, scanning, and archiving activities may involve squatting, bending, reaching, kneeling, twisting, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 15-20 lbs.
