Branch Manager

• Customer Service, Sales, and Delivery: Establish productive, professional relationships with new and existing customers, complete sales transactions, and set customer routes for customer satisfaction and retention.
• Product, Equipment, and Service: Provide hands-on technical support, install and service customer equipment, and complete inventory control procedures.
• Operate Vehicle/Truck: Load and secure truck according to DOT standards, operate/drive truck according to DOT standards, and maintain vehicle and sales equipment.
• Manage Staff and Branch: Train staff, maintain appropriate staff levels, hold regular performance reviews, and manage branch costs and expenses.

• Education: Minimum of High School Diploma, two years post-high school education a plus.
• License: Ability to obtain and maintain a Class B Commercial Driver's License with Hazardous materials, airbrakes, and tanker endorsements.
• Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to perform math calculations, and self-motivated and hard-working individual.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift over 50 pounds regularly, 75 lbs. occasionally, and work in a variety of weather and environmental conditions.
