About the Role

As a Certified Occupational Hand Therapist, you will be responsible for analyzing patient information, performing diagnostic exams, and creating treatment plans to improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent permanent physical disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patient needs and develop treatment plans in coordination with medical staff
  • Perform diagnostic exams and written re-evaluations
  • Provide services to improve patient mobility and relieve pain
  • Fabricate custom-made orthotics and communicate with physicians

Requirements

  • Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Texas
  • Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) or anticipate sitting for the exam within 2 years
