Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Senior Living Communities. As a key member of our care team, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their dignity and quality of life are preserved.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and transfers.
  • Support residents with dining, including escorting, transferring, and feeding.
  • Contribute to housekeeping services, including bed making, trash removal, and room cleaning.
  • Lead and assist with life enrichment activities, promoting engagement and socialization among residents.
  • Escort residents to scheduled programming and participate in outings and day trips.
  • Take and record vital signs and weights as required.
  • Participate in in-service training and education programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • State certification as a Nursing Assistant.
  • Certification in CPR, AED, and First Aid.
  • Two years' experience in a similar healthcare position preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
  • Ability to meet or exceed attendance and punctuality standards.
  • Ability to use Electronic Records and miscellaneous software and office equipment.
Work Environment

This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing. The individual must be able to lift or carry weight up to 50 lbs. and push up to 250 pounds independently. Long hours and frequent night and weekend work are required.
