Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team at Ayden Healthcare Piqua. As an OTA, you will work closely with licensed therapists to provide high-quality patient care and support.

About the Role
  • Provide patient care and related activities as directed by the licensed therapist
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and team-building approach with patients, clients, and team members
  • Maintain productivity standards as determined by supervisor and clinical needs
Requirements
  • Current registration/licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapist Assistant
  • Maintain documentation of supervision per state guidelines
  • Ability to move (walk, stoop, bend, stand, sit, push, pull, and lift) intermittently throughout the workday
Working Conditions

Works in well-lighted/ventilated office and therapy areas

Salary and Benefits

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
