Surveillance Operator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our surveillance team at Grand Traverse Resort & Casinos. As a Surveillance Operator, you will be responsible for providing constant video surveillance and reporting accurate and factual information for casino and tribal asset protection.

• Monitor all designated areas to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Observe and report accurate information, summarizing relevant details in a concise and factual manner.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Minimum 1-2 years gaming experience; non-gaming surveillance experience may be considered.
• Basic understanding of casino gaming systems and policies.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
