Custodial Support Specialist

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Custodial Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the facility, ensuring that the standards of our residents and their families are not only met but exceeded during their stay. This role is vital in enhancing the overall ambiance of our center.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks including the sanitation of patient/resident rooms, communal areas, floors, windows, mirrors, light fixtures, and bathrooms.
  • Dispose of waste and replace liners in trash containers.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D is required.
  • Prior experience in housekeeping is preferred, although training will be provided.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English and reliable transportation are essential.
