About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Appointment Setter to join our team at Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths. As a Sales Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to warm and hot leads to schedule free estimates for our home improvement products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to warm and hot leads.
  • Set appointments for free estimates with prospective customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls and appointments set.
  • Achieve daily and weekly targets.

What We Offer:

  • Hourly Pay + Commission: Earn an hourly rate plus $5+ per appointment. Top agents can make $28/hour or more.
  • Flexible Shifts: We offer day, evening, and Sunday shifts to fit your schedule.
  • Growth Potential: The more appointments you set, the higher your earnings.
