Head Teller

As a Head Teller at Stock Yards Bank & Trust, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our banking services. Your primary responsibility will be to supervise and manage a team of Service Associates, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service.

• Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Team Management: Supervise and manage a team of Service Associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
• Branch Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Use your problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and improve branch processes.
• Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development to Service Associates, helping them to improve their skills and advance their careers.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 6 months of Teller experience.
• Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work well in a team environment.
