We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitor Busser to join our team at La Cima Restaurants LLC. As a key member of our restaurant maintenance and sanitation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our dining area, kitchen, and other facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Adhere to uniform standards and maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
- Follow policies and procedures to maintain a clean and sanitized restaurant environment.
- Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment, including the dish area and walk-in cooler.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations, including proper handling and disposal of waste.
- Work effectively as a team member to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning tables.
- Proven experience as a Janitor Busser or in a related role.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Ability to lift and move up to 15 pounds.
The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with regular exposure to fumes and airborne particles from the kitchen. The janitor busser may also be exposed to wet and humid conditions in the dish area and walk-in cooler, as well as toxic or caustic chemicals when cleaning.
