Leverman Position

Join our team as a Senior Dredge Crew Lead and take on a challenging role that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and attention to detail.

This position involves overseeing the day-to-day activities of a dredging crew, ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, performing routine maintenance tasks, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of a dredging crew, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity, reducing costs and minimizing environmental impact.
• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared goals and objectives.

• A minimum of 10 years' experience in dredging operations, with 5+ years in supervisory or leadership roles.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and cost management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

The salary range for this role is $90,000 - $125,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
