About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Assistant to join our team at NebulaTech. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team with administrative tasks and processes, ensuring seamless communication with customers, and contributing to the development of sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as creating offers, contracts, and sales documents
  • Provide exceptional customer care and communication via email and phone
  • Maintain customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer service
  • Conduct market and competition analyses to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales strategies and processes
Requirements
  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Teamwork and initiative
  • Interest in technology and IT products
