Description of the Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HEDIS Abstractor RN/LVN to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting and reviewing member records, communicating with healthcare providers, and entering data into our database system.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and review member records from various sources, including electronic health records and paper files.
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently into our database system.

Requirements:

  • Active RN or LVN licensure in good standing.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HEDIS over-reading, with a strong understanding of compliant and non-compliant records.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
