Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Oncology Case Manager to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing care plans that meet the unique needs of our patients. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or nights. After a successful orientation period, you will have the option to work from home two days a week and in the office three days a week.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients with oncology-related conditions
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide patient advocacy and support to ensure the best possible outcomes
  • Utilize clinical expertise to identify and address potential health risks
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest healthcare trends and best practices
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state of employment
  • Successful completion of our case management orientation program
  • Minimum of 2 years of acute oncology experience (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic typing and computer skills, with a minimum keyboarding speed of 35WPM
