The Assistant Store Manager is a results-driven professional who excels in a fast-paced retail environment. With a strong sense of self-motivation and a focus on achieving successful Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), this individual is highly ambitious and detail-oriented. They prioritize the customer experience and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
Qualifications:
Entry Requirements:
Education: High school education is required, with some college preferred.
Retail Experience: 1 year of experience in a retail management role is required.
Supervisor/Managerial Experience: 1 year of management experience is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Standing for up to 8 hours, carrying up to 40 pounds, climbing and balancing on ladders, bending at the waist, lifting up to 40 pounds, kneeling and squatting on the ground, and reaching above the shoulder frequently.
Work Schedule Requirements:
Working a scheduled minimum of 15 hours per week, including weekends and holidays, with the ability to increase hours based on business needs.
