Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team at Generations at Regency LLC. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes resident satisfaction and staff engagement
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois
- Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care facility preferred
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exemplary critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
