The salary for this position is estimated to be between $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement savings options.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Government Program Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing instructional materials that support departmental needs. This includes all stages of design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of eLearning materials, course curriculums, and other content to support the deployment of the FI$Cal system.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and develop instructional materials that meet departmental needs
  2. Implement and maintain eLearning materials, course curriculums, and other content
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop effective solutions
  4. Ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Training Development, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Working Conditions

This is a remote-centered position with the flexibility of telework for three or more days per week. In-office attendance is mandatory on designated days. Candidates residing outside of California are welcome to interview, but proof of California residency is required before appointment.
