Licensed Therapist

We are seeking licensed therapists and clinical psychologists to join our team at Mid America Psychological & Counseling Services P.C. in Northwest Indiana.
Responsibilities- Establish open lines of communication with individuals seeking mental health services
- Implement and review treatment plans to ensure effective care
- Collaborate with other treatment providers and placement agencies to provide comprehensive support
- Ensure timely completion of documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to work independently
- Licensed in Indiana with experience in providing counseling services
- Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience
- Free supervision provided by an LCSW or HSPP
- Flexible scheduling options, including part-time and contractually-based positions
Compensation: $48K-62K Full-time, $25-30 per hour (direct contact with patients), Part-time/Contractually-based positions available for LSW, LMHCA, LCAC, LCSW, and LMHC. Negotiable compensation for Psychologists based on experience.
