Shift Details: 12-hour shifts (Rotating Not Required): 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM and 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Sign-On Incentives:
$10,000 for Full-Time Hours
$5,000 for Part-Time Hours

Job Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) is tasked with employing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to deliver personalized nursing care to residents. This role involves collaboration with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and assess care. The RN demonstrates expertise and adheres to age and population-specific standards within their clinical setting. Responsibilities include preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment coordination, as well as resident education and various nursing interventions.

The RN may also serve as a charge nurse, delegating appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel, ensuring safe and effective resident care. This role operates within the established nursing practice standards and adheres to the Code of Ethics for Nurses as outlined by the American Nurses Association.

Qualifications

Preferred candidates will have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program and hold an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing. Multistate licensure is required if practicing in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Ongoing maintenance of department-specific competencies and certifications is essential.
