We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Engineer/Specialist for Building Automation to join our team at Skyline Solutions. As a key member of our building services team, you will play a crucial role in planning and implementing building services holistically, CO2-neutral, and future-oriented.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage planning projects in all phases of the HOAI, as well as international approaches such as feasibility, concept design, basic design, and detail design.
- Participate in construction and planning meetings with all project stakeholders and manage interfaces to building services, cleanroom technology, and other supply and disposal units.
- Support the development of GA standards and qualities within the team, taking into account general planner competence and other building services areas.
- Implement planning in tenders, cost estimates, and participate in the procurement process.
