Position Overview:

The Logistics Material Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring that internal operations and various process flows are adequately supplied with necessary production materials, as well as auxiliary and operational supplies when required.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving goods and verifying their completeness.
  • Storing components efficiently and effectively.
  • Filling and preparing parts for production.
  • Transporting materials and distributing goods to designated transfer areas within the production environment.
  • Creating and maintaining DHR documentation (Certificate of Conformance) specifically for clean room and assembly operations.

Essential Duties:
  • Facilitating the transport and distribution of materials to various shop floor locations.
  • Utilizing various forklift trucks for the storage and retrieval of goods.
  • Engaging in packaging and shipping tasks as required.
  • Picking and documenting goods using mobile data entry devices.
  • Monitoring and securing material supply through the Kanban system at production lines.
  • Conducting physical inventory checks.
  • Cleaning and disinfecting endoscopes from operational fields.
  • Adhering to environmental protection regulations during all assigned tasks.

Compliance and Standards:

Exhibiting a thorough understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Department Operating Procedures (DOPs), and relevant work instructions is essential. It is imperative to follow all corporate, regulatory, and safety policies and procedures diligently.
