Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dialysis Charge Registered Nurse to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care Holdings, Inc. As a key member of our hemodialysis team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading our team of direct patient care staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day direction and supervision to assigned direct patient care staff, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective patient care.
  • Communicate with physicians and other healthcare team members to interpret, adjust, and complete patient care plans.
  • Assume primary responsibility in emergency situations and make decisions to benefit patient care.
  • Collaborate with direct patient care team to make decisions and implement changes in patient care/treatment.
  • Monitor and supervise all patient care activity during dialysis and assist as necessary.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing (R.N.)
  • Current appropriate state licensure
  • Minimum of 9 months of nursing experience and an additional 3 months of clinical experience in dialysis
  • Supervisory or management experience preferred
