In this essential position, you will manage a wide array of global suppliers, utilizing your negotiation and communication skills to ensure excellence throughout our supply chain.

Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Initiating requests for quotes and managing purchase orders.
  • Ensuring accurate account reconciliation and timely payments.
  • Overseeing supplier relationship management and driving corrective actions to achieve optimal delivery performance.

This role requires a proactive communicator who can effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of leadership, maintaining a strong focus on results.

As a leader in this role, you will:

  • Manage supplier accounts by developing and tracking key performance indicators to enhance performance metrics.
  • Work independently and collaboratively to contribute to our organizational success and meet critical milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely product delivery that meets quality standards and cost efficiency through effective negotiations.

- Compile financial reports and price proposals to inform pricing strategies.

- Execute procurement processes and operational plans, addressing issues such as RMAs and RTV.

- Collect data for reports to support short and long-term procurement decisions.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including quality and engineering, to resolve production and quality challenges.

Assemble reports and presentations for senior management and internal stakeholders.

- Respond to client inquiries regarding order status and changes to ensure satisfaction.

- Monitor contract performance to ensure adherence to contractual obligations.

- Direct and manage schedules and purchase orders for client accounts.

What You Will Gain:

Qualifications:

- A University Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with at least 3 years of experience, or 9 years of relevant experience without a degree.

- U.S. citizenship is required for access to sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with SAP.

- Background in purchasing and supplier relationship management.

- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Note:
