Project Manager - Healthcare Product Delivery

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of healthcare products in a fast-paced and Agile environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on healthcare technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multi-faceted projects to ensure on-time and within-budget execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate complex problem-solving and enable new product innovations
  • Create clear, actionable program plans to identify critical workstreams and drive alignment
  • Work with architects, product owners, and engineering leads to proactively identify and mitigate program risks
  • Provide data-driven visibility into program health and velocity, with meaningful metrics tracking
  • Ensure programs meet relevant quality measurement system requirements and performance targets

Requirements:

  • Agile Project/Program Management experience
  • PMP Certification
  • Scrum Master experience
  • Working knowledge of enterprise architecture, application lifecycle management, and software development methodology
  • Experience working in SaaS or a fast-paced environment
  • Experience delivering products in the Healthcare industry
  • SAFe certification
