Job Title: Travel Respiratory Therapist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cardio is seeking a skilled Travel Respiratory Therapist to join their team for a 13-week assignment in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a neonatal setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in respiratory therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients in a neonatal setting
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions
  • Administer medications as ordered and document patient care
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
