Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Meet with clients to evaluate their insurance needs and offer personalized guidance and recommendations.
  • Business Development: Proactively pursue new business opportunities and generate leads through various methods, including referrals, networking, and outreach.
  • Presentation Skills: Create and present engaging presentations and insurance proposals to prospective clients.
  • Policy Assessment: Conduct regular reviews of client policies to ensure adequate coverage and identify any additional insurance requirements.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Insurance License: Must hold a valid insurance license in the state of Colorado or be able to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
  • Sales Background: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is advantageous.
  • Communication Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey and present insurance options to clients.
