Job Responsibilities

The ATM Service Technician will be responsible for the maintenance and servicing of ATM machines across the New York metropolitan area and Long Island. The role includes:

  • Conducting regular servicing of ATM machines, which involves replenishing cash, collecting deposits, and ensuring the machines are balanced financially.
  • Managing the loading and unloading of vehicle cargo, which may include heavy bags and boxes of coins, weighing up to 50 pounds each, on a daily basis.
  • Accurately counting items, documenting amounts and serial numbers, and managing receipts and manifests.
  • Engaging with customers both on-site and through phone communication.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
Performance Expectations

The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

  • The ability to perform heavy lifting and carry items over significant distances.
  • Flexibility in physical movements including bending, stooping, and climbing.
  • Safe operation of a motor vehicle with a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in reading and speaking English to effectively communicate with the public and understand traffic signs.
  • Strong numerical skills for counting and recording data accurately.
  • Compliance with state requirements for handgun licensing.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for constant interaction with colleagues and customers.
  • Adaptability to changes in routine and sequence on short notice.
Working Conditions

This position requires:

  • A full-time schedule averaging 40 hours per week.
  • Work performed primarily in a vehicle.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 5 days within a 7-day period.
Additional Information

Schedule: 8-hour shifts with potential for overtime.

Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities available.

Preferred Experience: Candidates with prior police or military experience are encouraged to apply.

Work Location: Primarily on the road.
