Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning and Probate Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning and probate, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist attorneys in the preparation of estate documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and more.
  • Support clients in funding their trusts and ensuring the smooth administration of their estates.
  • Handle all aspects of probate administration, from appointment of a personal representative to final distribution of the estate.
  • Prepare tax returns and accountings, and draft court forms, petitions, and orders.
Requirements
  • Minimum three years of experience as a paralegal in estate planning and/or probate.
  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
