Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fulfill all duties associated with the House Attendant role while adhering to departmental standards.
  • Manage inventory within the housekeeping storage areas, including the collection and distribution of clean linens, as well as restocking essential supplies and amenities.
  • Maintain cleanliness in exit stairwells and guest room corridors through dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
  • Execute deep cleaning tasks as directed.
  • Respond promptly to guests' specific requests for items such as cribs, cots, and extra towels.
  • Gather soiled linens, waste, and recyclables from Room Attendants' carts and storage areas.
  • Adhere to departmental policies and procedures consistently.
  • Report maintenance needs as they arise.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service at all times.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Prior experience in housekeeping is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Dependable and responsible work ethic.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team with minimal supervision.
Physical Requirements:
  • Regularly standing and walking throughout the shift.
  • Frequent lifting and carrying of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Regular kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
  • Occasional climbing of ladders, stairs, and ramps.
