IOA is seeking an interim Database Administrator for its Philanthropy department. This is a part-time, temporary position with an immediate start.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing lists, coding constituents, and tracking outcomes for print, online, appeals, events, and other campaigns
- Performing complex queries, exports, and reports, as well as database quality control and cleanup
- Ensuring all gift and donor data is collected and stored properly
- Processing all gifts and data and generating timely gift acknowledgements
- Maintaining standard operating procedures for use of the database and department operations including activities related to prospect management, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship
- Preparing donor and fundraising reports
- Maintaining and processing donations, ticket purchases, and event registrations in RE and NXT
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 3 years of experience in database management and administration, query writing, prospect and constituent management
- Proficiency working with Raiser's Edge and RE NXT software
