Aya Healthcare is seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team in Cleveland, TN. As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you will play a vital role in the diagnosis and treatment of patients by performing laboratory tests and analyzing results.
Responsibilities- Perform laboratory tests and analyze results to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients
- Collect and process blood and other bodily fluids for testing
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including microscopes and automated analyzers
- Record and report test results accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient testing
- Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure laboratory accuracy and reliability
- At least one year of experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician
- ASCP, ASCP-MLS, or ASCP-MLT certification
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and protocols
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Competitive pay: $1155.68/week - $1381.02/week
- 13-week assignment
- 3, 10-Hour shifts: 20:30 - 07:00
