About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Independent Optometrist to lease space inside our Walmart stores. As an Independent Optometrist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eye care services to our customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive eye exams and vision care services to customers
  • Establish and maintain a high level of patient satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage and maintain a clean and organized practice environment
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in optometry and vision care
  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets
Requirements
  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
  • Valid state optometry license
  • General Liability Certificate
  • Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
  • W-9
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) degree from an accredited school
  • Valid state ophthalmology license
