About the Role:

As a CBRE Building Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. This involves monitoring and maintaining equipment, performing repairs, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless building operations and maintenance.
  • Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, and company directives related to building operations and work safety.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
  • Universal CFC certification preferred.
  • Certifications/licenses as required by local or state jurisdictions.
  • Prior shift management or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information.
  • Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
  • Sophisticated math skills.
