Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at HSMC. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing behavioral assessments, consultations, and direct treatment to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Conduct behavioral assessments to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement behavioral interventions.
  • Provide training and supervision to behavior therapists to ensure high-quality care.
  • Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment programs and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
  • Current BCBA certification.
  • Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts.
  • Experience in applied settings developing and implementing behavioral interventions and teaching programs.
