Mold Production Specialist

SUMMARY:
The Mold Production Specialist will be responsible for the setup and operation of Diaphragm, Clicker, and Hydromet Press machines, ensuring the production of high-quality molds and parts that meet specified standards and timelines. This role also includes maintaining the assigned equipment as necessary.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Set up all Diaphragm, Clicker, and Hydromet Presses with precision and efficiency.
2. Weigh all resin containers accurately before and after use, documenting the information on Inventory Log Sheets, and reporting the quantities utilized for Work Orders.
3. Maintain accurate records of the number of blanks taken on the appropriate Inventory Log.4. Mold parts that conform to specifications and processes as outlined in Work Orders, ensuring timely production.
5. Execute proper die cutting of parts in accordance with specifications and processes as detailed in Work Orders, while adhering to timelines.
6. Accurately clock in and out of work and jobs.
7. Document completed diaphragms and/or molds with precision.
8. Record scrap and waste accurately.
9. Keep the work area organized and clean.
10. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
11. Meet goals for Machine Hours versus Payroll Hours.
12. Achieve targets for Actual Hours versus Planned Hours on Work Orders.
13. Strive to minimize scrap and waste.
14. Load ovens as required.
15. Handle, operate, and store all tooling and dies properly.
16. Follow all company policies and procedures within the department.
17. Maintain a tidy and orderly workspace while keeping accurate records and job history.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EXPERIENCE:
A high school diploma or GED is required. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.00 Per Hour
