Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Revelyst. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for performing manual labor along a production line or in production cells, assembling or disassembling various component parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow product specifications to determine required assembly.
  • Perform prep work as needed.
  • Check immediate assembly area for adequate supplies needed for the particular assembly.
  • Request/pull supplies through appropriate channels.
  • Report any assembly problems/issues to the supervisor for evaluation and resolution.
  • Use simple hand tools to perform job duties.
  • Operate and use all equipment following standard work instructions and operating procedures.
  • Observe all safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Report all incidents/accidents/injuries immediately to Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • One to three (1-2) years' experience in intricate hand assembly and/or general assembly and the ability to carry out repetitive tasks quickly.
  • Basic understanding of general production process in a warehouse facility.
  • Basis PC skills.
  • Ability to operate the necessary equipment and to verify compliance with quality control standards.
  • Ability to regularly lift/and or move up to 50 pounds.
  • Need good interpersonal and communication skills to be able to work well with their teammates.
  • Ability to stand or sit for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
  • Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
  • Assembly workers must be able to follow instructions carefully.
  • Careful attention to detail.

Work Environment:

Exposure to noise, dust, and climate changes.

Compensation and Benefits:

Hours: Monday-Thursday (10-hour shift)

Compensation: $15.45/hr.
