This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced machine operator to join our team and take advantage of a competitive hourly wage of $21-23. The successful candidate will have intermediate reading, writing, and arithmetic skills, acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent, or a 2-degree program.

The job involves performing machine operations on Mills, Lathes, Grinders, Hobs, and Broaches. Key responsibilities include reading process sheets, blueprints, and sketches; mounting workpieces between centers, in chucks, or to faceplates; installing preset tooling in tool posts, turrets, or indexing heads; depressing buttons, toggles, and starting machining operations; observing numerical displays on control panels; and inspecting first-run pieces for conformance to specifications.

The ideal candidate will be computer literate, able to learn and work with statistical and manufacturing software applications. Microsoft Office Professional, Word, Excel, statistical, and manufacturer software experience is a plus. Communication, problem-solving, analytical ability, interpersonal, and dexterity skills are essential qualities for a successful job performance.
