Responsibilities
  • Perform ultrasound exams on patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals and clinics
  • Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety
  • Develop and implement patient care plans, taking into account individual needs and medical histories
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ultrasound technology and techniques, participating in ongoing education and training
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience as an ultrasound sonographer
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
  • Graduate of an accredited Sonography program
  • Successful completion of a Sonography Training Program
  • BLS certification
  • Registered Medical Sonographer or ARRT Sonography certification
  • Prefers OBGYN experience but not required
