Job Summary:

The Mechanical Maintenance Technician II will be responsible for performing a variety of complex services in specialized building system areas such as HVAC and Mechanical maintenance, repair, and operation. This includes:

  • Requisitions of new supplies and equipment
  • Performing all work in accordance with established safety procedures
  • Complying with all company policies and procedures and adhering to company standards
  • Performing other duties as required

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in HVAC commercial maintenance
  • 2+ years of experience in general maintenance
  • Knowledge of various plumbing maintenance fundamentals sufficient to deal with service and repairs
  • Ability to install, repair, and maintain pipes, valve fittings, drainage systems in a commercial structure
  • Collaboration with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals
  • Response to diagnose and resolve plumbing emergencies
  • Ability to work various shifts and holidays as needed
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
  • Team player committed to working in a quality environment
