  • Operate spraying equipment including boom, hose, and handgun systems.
  • Work outdoors in various environments and conditions.
Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Dependability: Must be reliable and punctual.
  • Training: No prior experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Willingness to Learn: A desire to understand the weed control industry is essential.
  • Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to get to work on time.
  • Driver's License: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
  • Background Check: No DUIs or similar violations in the past five years.
  • Work Ethic: A positive attitude and strong work ethic are necessary.
  • Customer Service: Must be friendly and committed to providing excellent service.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to stay organized, dedicated, and detail-oriented.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift over 50 pounds and walk one to three miles daily.
