About the Job

C&W Facility Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Sanitation Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our clients' facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily sanitation and cleaning tasks, including washing down, shoveling, de-junking, vacuuming, and sweeping.
  • Operate various equipment, including skid steer loaders, scissors lifts, boom lifts, forklifts, and hand/power tools.
  • Communicate effectively with team leads, supervisors, and customers to accomplish assigned tasks and develop sound customer relations.
  • Work in a team-oriented and safety-conscious environment, adhering to all company/site safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Assist in formulating sanitation standards/work procedures and provide work order feedback on discrepancies noted in service delivery.

Requirements

  • 2 years of industrial cleaning experience desired but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment and materials.
