Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Professional to join our team. As a Tax Professional, you will be responsible for conducting tax interviews with clients, preparing accurate and complete tax returns, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals, share your expertise, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct tax interviews with clients to gather information and provide guidance on tax-related matters.
  • Prepare accurate and complete tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, applying this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment.
  • Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or tax.
  • Experience completing individual tax returns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
