About the Job:
We are seeking an experienced librarian and archivist to lead our Special Research Collections unit. As the Director, you will provide leadership for SRC collections, programs, curators, and staff. Your responsibilities will include establishing priorities and guidelines for the ongoing work of SRC curators and staff, managing hiring, supervision, training, coaching, and professional guidance to direct reports, and providing leadership in planning and managing SRC collection development, public services, and space management.
