Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Boat Detailer to join our team at Cabela's. As a Boat Detailer, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of our boats and equipment, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Boat Detailing: Wash, clean, wax, and vacuum interiors and exteriors of boats to ensure they are in pristine condition for customer pickup and display.
  • Equipment Transportation: Safely transport boats, motors, trailers, and ATVs to various areas within the dealership using a fork lift or tractor.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Inventory Management: Confirm packing lists and invoices for boat loads and other product deliveries.
  • Facility Maintenance: Perform grounds and facility maintenance as required to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High School education or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Ability to complete simple math calculations, communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, and operate a fork lift and tractor.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
