Your collaboration with fellow cloud architects and engineers, particularly those focused on AWS, will be essential in designing, developing, testing, and deploying cloud solution components. You will have the opportunity to operate within a DevOps framework, creating and managing containerized applications while utilizing tools such as Kubernetes to advance our mission. With access to our internal AWS Labs, you will have the freedom to explore innovative solutions to our clients' challenges and work alongside stakeholders and your team to deliver optimal technical solutions. You Have:
- 4+ years of experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch.
- 4+ years of experience in implementing cloud technologies, specifically AWS.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline.
- Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting tasks.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, including Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Familiarity with data manipulation libraries, such as Pandas, and data serialization formats like JSON and XML.
- Understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS models.
- Knowledge of networking principles and AWS networking services, including VPC, subnets, security groups, and routing.
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering in lieu of a degree.
Nice If You Have:
- Experience in managing and optimizing databases on AWS, including RDS and DynamoDB.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and interact with third-party APIs.
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Certification.
Clearance:
Applicants selected will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
