Your Role

In this role, you'll provide spiritual support and guidance to patients and their families, helping them cope with grief, loss, and existential crises. You'll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans that address the complex needs of patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer counseling, prayer, and other forms of spiritual support to patients and families
  • Facilitate dialogue and education on end-of-life care, hospice services, and advance care planning
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, required
  • Three Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) units from ACPE, required
  • Previous hospice experience preferred; minimum one-year supervised experience in medical, educational, or religious agency or institution required

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $72,475 per year, based on the title, job description, and location.
