Job Title: Dental Office Manager
Job Summary:
Family Dentistry of Norwich is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with doctors to strategize and build a successful practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise front and back office staff to ensure top-quality patient care.
- Optimize production and hygiene schedules to meet practice goals.
- Manage accounts receivable and submit claims.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines.
- Lead team meetings, including morning huddles.
- Delegate tasks to staff to ensure daily tasks are completed.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a dental office and managing front office staff.
- Strong understanding of insurance, billing, and treatment planning.
- Ability to build and develop strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
