Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Applications Assistant II to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying cash received from customers via check or ACH to appropriate invoices, processing in-house checks received via the Front Door, and resolving unknown payments by reaching out to customers and/or account analysts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply cash received from customers via check or ACH to appropriate invoices
  • Process in-house checks received via the Front Door
  • Properly code customer deductions by working closely with various analysts
  • Resolve unknown payments by reaching out to customers and/or account analysts
  • Apply open credits to open debits as requested by account analysts
  • Complete all credit card payment processes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's or technical degree preferred
  • 02-04 years related experience required
  • Regular and predictable on-site attendance
  • Occasional business travel required
