Key Responsibilities:
- Build lasting relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and objectives
- Collaborate with business partners to connect customers with experts who can help with specialized financial needs
- Operate a teller drawer, serving customers in the lobby and drive-up
- Open accounts, perform account maintenance, and assist customers with digital products
- Recognize potential fraud and other risks
- Assist with bank opening and closing procedures
- Support community and bank events
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, financial service, or sales role
- High School Degree or GED
- Intermediate computer skills
