Package Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Package Delivery Specialist to join our team at Urby. As a key member of our resident services team, you will be responsible for verifying and recording incoming and outgoing packages, ensuring seamless delivery and pickup services for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming residents with a cheerful and welcoming demeanor
  • Loading and unloading packages from delivery vehicles, trailers, pallets, or carts
  • Signing for, scanning, logging, sorting, and storing packages with attention to detail
  • Interacting with residents to gather feedback on service levels and overall satisfaction
  • Maintaining open communication with coworkers and management
  • Supporting other tasks as assigned by the Property Management team

About You:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift at least 30 pounds
  • 0-1 year experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
